With 20 years of experience in military, diverse healthcare settings, and private practice business, I have supported individuals, families, and businesses through significant changes and challenging situations to improve individual and business outcomes. My journey has been dedicated to helping others find clarity and resilience in the face of adversity through compassionate direct care, education, and consultation.
